Time just flew off so fast.. It seems like my vacation is soon coming to an end. 4 more days left and I have to go back for my attachment. Moreover in 3 weeks time after I go back to work, it will be the end of my attachment.
I started
EXERCISING again!!! hahax. Went Swimming ytd. Swam for more than 10 laps within half an hour. hEex. Felt so drained off after swimming. Both my arms are so heavy, I think I'm having a bit of muscle cramp right now. PLan to go swimming again on Sat. Haha. I'm determine to slim down!!!!! Hope I can have this determination of mine keep going!!
How can I loose my weight faster!?!?!?! Pls tell me.. I wanna shake off those fats of mine as soon as possible.
I think the critcal prob I'm having now would be FOOD!!!! I just can't curb my eating habits.. haha.. and there will always be someone there who keeps on asking me for supper though he wan me to loose weight too!! Contradicting huh!!!
God!! Can ya stop creating all those yummy delicacies!!!
