No more bickering, sweet-talking for this follwing three days. My boy just went to Malaysia (A'Famosa Resort) with his relatives and families. *Sob. Boyf came over to my house on Monday and Tuesday to accompany me (that's to compensate the days that he will be gone). Shifted PS 3 to my house for some gaming, watching lastest Hong Kong Drama and spending quality time with him.I HAVE COMPLAINT!!!!!TO MACDONALD!!!!Deliver in one hours time!?! That's totally bullshit. I waited for 2 and a half hour for it to arrive when the restaurant is just 5 - 10 mins ride from my house. Manager: Sorry, our computer system got error just now, so we can't retrieve your order. Please give us half an hour more.Me: Okay.(After an hour)Me: Complaining to the operatorOperator 1: Will get in contact with the manager and ask her to call me back(After 10 mins)Me: Call back againOperator 2: Will get in contact with the manager and ask her to call me back(After 10 mis)Me: I seriously can't stand it anymore!!!!Operator 3: Will get in contact with the manager and ask her to call me back(5 mins later)Manager called.Manager: Sorry Miss, I called to explain the delay. Our computer system has some error just now....Me: Yes! You told me that more than half an hour ago. When you called me at that time, the computer is already back into it's condition isn't it!?! That's is not an excuse.Manager: Yes, but...Me: But what, I waited for close to 3 hours and i'm not getting any food deliver yet!?! I already give you an allowance of 30 mins, but it has not yet arrived. How can that be!?! Your restaurant is just 5 to 10 mins ride from my house. Worst still, it's already middle of the night (3.40am), that isn't much car moving on the road. (Door bell rang, the deliveryman FINALLY arrived)(Boyf went to collect the food, while I continue talking to the manager)Me: Initially, I just wanted to grab some bite, but after waited for so long, from half full, I totally turned into hungry. I still have to work early in the morning the next day! Ho can you compensate me!?!Manager: So sorry!Me: I no need you to apologize, I just want to know what will you do abt it?Manager: Will you guys be ordering Breakfast?Me: For what?Manager: If you order Breakfast, I can give you one for one promotion.Me: I dun wan one for one promo! I want both for FREE instead.Manager: Okay Okay.(So, I order 2 sets of Big Breakfast from the operator again)Isn't it pathetic, I just ordered 2 boxes of nuggets and I have to wait like 2 hours plus to have it.(4.20am, the deliveryman arrived again)He delivered 4 sets instead of 2, that's too much for us. End up, he say that we need to pay for the 2 sets and get the other 2 sets for free.Me: I don't want to pay for it. Your manager say I don't have to pay for it. Moreover, I only ask for 2 sets not 4!!!!Deliveryman: I called back and check again.Deliveryman: The manger say need to pay. ME: (Super irritated already)(Deliveryman pass me the phone to talk to the manager)Me: I thought I already say I don't one to Pay for it!!Manager: Ya, you are getting for the 2 sets for free, but you will need to pay for the other 2 sets.@^%!&***#!(Me: I only ordered 2 not 4, y would I still need to pay? You said that I don't have to pay!*She simply can't understand my ENGLISH, so we kept going round the same statement.\Totally cannot stand it anymore,Me: Okay, You take back all the 4 sets, I don't want already. Just give me your GM number, I will talk to him or her instead.Manager: Oh. Erm, okok, you can get all for free!!Me: I dun need so many, I return you 2 sets, just give 2 to me will do. Manager: Okay.Me to Deliveryman: Sorry about that!Deliveryman: It's okay, I'm just a rider, I also dun understand what she's (the manager) talking about.Finally, problem settled.I'm not trying to be difficult or something. Can't they just be a bit responsible!?! I think MAC should re-consider the requirements for hiring an MANAGER. At least hire some manager whom can UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS not the CUSTOMER NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE MANAGER. Hire someone who can listen to English. Yes is LISTEN not HEAR!!*Angry.I ended up sleeping at 5 plus which I have to wake up at 8am for work. Boyf left my place at 5 plus and headed back to his house for preparation of his A'Famosa Trip. *Gonna Miss Him~
