Had a little surprise for the boy. He did not know that I’ve actually ordered a dessert topped with a candle, so he gave a “what the hell! Did you make a mistake?” expression when the attendant walked over to him and laid the dessert on our table. Of course, I did not sing any birthday song since there’s only me (a bit paiseh yea). Nonetheless, he made wishes and blow the candle. Well, it’s the thought that counts. Thankful to the waiter too! I think it’s hard for him to keep observing whether the boy had finishes his food anot. That bugger just kept talking to me throughout and left the leftover food hanging around. The waiter still kept coming over to check whether he can keep the plate. It’s really hilarious when you think back.
Total a bill of S$116.00 just the 2 of us.
A birthday treat from me of course. We were pushing each other away during billing (he wants to pay for it too!), which costs me a loss of 15% discount since I just throw any card to the waiter.
Next we went over to the arcade to waste some time since our movie starts at 9.40pm, Bangkok Dangerous. The movie was pretty alright, an unexpected ending.
