BBQ - HWS
Finally, after a month of planning (abit last min though), the BBQ marks as a success I think except for the delay.

It has been some time since we last had bbq together.
-A group of botak gathered around the pit to BBQ
- Chatting abt their army's lives all day long
-Once the other came, they will just repeat the whole story again
- The girls were super bored listening to their storytelling
- They just don't understand girls
- The girls formed a group themselves in another pit which started the girls talk
- Intruded in ChinFei's courting story
- Wad a romantic one
- Getting to know Chinfei's girl better

Preparations
One day before the actual bbq, we went to NTUC to get the list of things needed to be bought.
People Present:
Michelle + BF
ShanHu
MeiPing
SiewLing
XingZhi + BF
The BFs happen to be our labour on that day.
We were searching high and low for the things. Kept walking to and fro in the shop. Most of us didn't had our lunch thus we were complaining abt the hunger while purchasing the food.
After allocating who should do what, we headed over to Liang Seah Street for a steamboat session.
Since Xing + BF took quite some to reach there, the rest of us began to eat first w/o them.

Food was okay and the price is affordable.
By the time we finish our food, it's already 8plus - 9 in the night. So, we decided to skip the Sheng Siong Hunt and pushed it to the next day instead.
Later in the night, Boyf and me met up with his sec sch friends for manjong and poker session till 2am.

K's Booked out Day!
Fetch the boy in the night from Tampines and headed back to his house before catching the 11.55pm movie, Tropic Thunder.
Tropic Thunder
Pretty Humourous. You will even get to see Tom Cruise in it with a different image from his past movie. I only realised it's him towards the ending of the show and when they reflect the castings' name in the end, it totally verify my guess.
*Gonna meet up with girls in the evening to pick up some of the bbq food.

Mum fly to Shanghai for her company trip this morning. Lucky her, the company is willing to spend so much money on their oveasea trips every year. I didn't bid goodbye to her as i'm still soundly snoring away. I guessed I will need to pick her up when she's back cos I've already received a sms from her mentioning her arrival timing and her flight number. How can I not get such a hint!

Multiple Updates
1) Sabrina's Post Birthday Celebration
After work, I've met up with NZ at Orchard to hunt for Sab's brithday pressie.
A top from Zara, hopes she like it!
In the night, the usual ones (except sheena) gathered at Holland V for dinner and a little surprise for the birthday girl.
We had our dinner @ Chicago Steakhouse but none of us actually order any steak. haha. A bit stupid I know.
Had a great chat with them, updating each other's lives and gossips.

2) Travel Malaysia Fair 2008
My weekend is stuck in Singapore Expo working under Travel Malaysia Fair!
That's really sad.
Luckily the sales figure isn't that bad afterall after the downfall on the first day.
Though we didn't hit the target, I still hope that we get incentives!

Boyf came on the second day of the fair just to sent me home!

3) Burn After Reading Sucks
This movie is really sucky!
Wasted my money and precious sleep for watching that.
After the movie, went to the boy's house to stay overnight.
So sian when the thought of going to Expo to work again the next day.

Granny's Return
Headed to Plaza Singapura with the boyf to catch a movie, "Big Stan". It was a pretty hilarious movie and definately a good one for laugh. Afterwhich, we had our dinner at Pizza Hut since the boy has been craving it for 2 weeks. It was 7 plus 8pm when we left the place. I've got to pick up my sis, aunt and cousin and sent them to airpot to welcome my granny, uncles and a cousin back. The airpot was crowded with people that day. Too many I have to say. I even met 2 of the polymates there, waiting at the same belt area. Sent them home and I left for weisheng's place to join boyf and his friends. As usual, manjong and poker which we managed to win a bit of money. We left at 2am and separate our ways since i drove while the boy ride there.There's a new member in boyf's family! It's a DOG by the name of "Dodo". Okay, I dunno what breed is it since I know nuts about dogs but I think I can confirmed that she is a cross breed. She was still awake when I reached the boy house around 3am. The silly boyf of mine actually fed the dog with potato chips when he dunno where the hell is the dog food placed. ~That's all folk!

Hari Raya Open House
Attended an event just now @ Grand Hyatt Hotel. It was hosted by the Tourism Malaysia board. Since both of our manager can’t make it, we (me and xiu xiu) were asked to participate in the event on behalf of our company.
The deco of Grand Hyatt Hotel was great! First visit there and it makes marvelous impression to me.
Okay, me and xiu xiu were like so awkward in the beginning, cos we practically don’t really know anyone there so we had a hard time trying to mingle. It’s kind of like a social gathering thing. Peoples from travel agents, media and us were all present. Lucky there were some kind people whom approached us making us feel so much better.
What did we do?
- Grab drinks
- Trying to mingle with the people
- Eat (Buffet)
- Enjoy the entertainment provided
Basically, that’s pretty much what we did there. Thank god is during working hours (3pm – 6pm).
Headed back to the office next since I knocked off at 7pm today. So, here I am, blogging away, waiting for the clock to struck 7pm.

Movie Marathon
Boyf booked out on sat and we met up at my place for some PS3 session den headed off to Marina Square. We caught 2 movies in a row.

So-so, not very interesting plot to me. It turns out to be some love story behind it. A bit draggy too. Not my cup of tea.
Anyway, spent a night over at the boy’s house since he is checking in to his hotel the next day. Haha.

A Simple Date
Met up with the boyf after work for motorshow over @ Suntec Convention. Nothing much there except for the stunt show. $8 per pax is seriously abit expensive.
Afterwhich, steamboat at the ground level when we were attracted by the smell. Bused home to pick up my car and off we go to Wei Sheng’s place for a gambling session.
Got home around 4am and stayed over at the boy’s house since he is booking in the next day.
Travelled back to my house the next day and we played PS3 throughout together. Nice game though. Just got a bit giddy when I kept running around (in the game) looking for him.
He left the evening and will return on sat.
*Please don’t get any confinement over stupid things. Haha.
