I'm on a diet plan for the upcoming 7 days (starting from tmr).
Lets hope my determination can overcome the temptation.
Target = 1kg!
I'll need to make a trip to NTUC to stock up my groceries by tmr morning.
I will be cooking my own meals for a week.
If it really work out,
I will disclose the receipe!
